Sponsors are given full acknowledgement in all publicity before, during and after the show. We can promote your goods and services throughout the showground to our 15,000 visitors, including displaying banners. We can offer complimentary entry tickets for your guests.

The West Show offers the following opportunities for local organisations, clubs and societies to raise their profile
and promote their activities at no cost, so long as activities are connected with agriculture, horticulture, culture,
the environment, countryside, or sports.
- Time in one of the show arenas to hold demonstrations or competitions
- Space in one of the marquees to mount a display or set up an interactive activity, which could involve public participation
- An outdoor area for a display or interactive activity, which could involve public participation

We can offer you competitively priced space in our trade marquee or outside in the showground. Preference is given to local
traders with a strong connection to agriculture, horticulture, the environment, or the countryside.
