Opening hours

The showground will be open to the public from 10am each day until 6pm.
Services

The above rates include an electrical connection and access to a mains water supply. Bins will be emptied throughout the day.
Trader’s responsibility

Outdoor traders will provide their own stall structure (e.g. trailer, gazebo etc.). You will be expected to bring your own fire extinguisher which must be fully serviced.

The West Show Association holds blanket public liability insurance for the show but each trader will make arrangements for individual cover (except by prior arrangement).

Traders will comply fully with Health and Safety regulations.
